Tropical Block Blaster

Welcome to Tropical Block Blaster!

Just press "Run game" above to start blasting :D

The goal is simple: shoot the floating blocks with faces.  You can dash, use a grappling hook to propel towards enemies and ledges, fly with a jetpack, blast groups of enemies with rockets, and have both a machinegun and shotgun in your arsenal.

Colors and levels rearrange as you progress, while enemies gradually grow more challenging, keeping a delightfully unpredictable pace to the gameplay.  It's not all about shooting as many blocks as you can though, there's also a few surprises to explore and things to try if you poke around :)

PC/Mac controls:
move forward - W
move left - A
move right - D
move back - S
look around - move mouse/trackpad
shoot machinegun - left click
shoot shotgun - right click
jump - space
dash - shift
grappling hook - hold E
use jetpack (when active) - hold space

Mobile/Tablet controls:
move - nudge joystick
look around - swipe screen
fire weapons - hold down screen
jump - tap screen
dash - flick joystick
grappling hook - double tap and hold
